Problem of investing money into exploration of our world is very important nowadays. It is widely discussed whether should money be put into use by space explores or by protectors of Earth. Some people believe that exploring outer space is more crucial while others doubt if it is true.

In my opinion, humanity should invest into solving mysteries of space. Firstly, there we can find useful resources. Mars is covered with ice which can be used as a source of fresh water for us. Asteroids have tons of metals like gold and platinum in their cores.

These materials are incredibly rare and needed on our planet. Secondly, population on our planet is growing rapidly and for this moment it has overgrown 7 billion people. Earth doesn't have such resources and place to give every person satisfying place to live. Jupiter is much bigger than out planet and with the development of technologies of terraforming one day this planet can be occupied. Finally, technologies. Its development is closely connected with space. Faster and better engines are created for rockets. More nutritious food is cooked for the cosmonauts. This and many more things are created under the influence of space exploration.

On the other hand, this enormous money could be spent on getting the water to the deserted regions where the water is not enough. Instead of sending rockets into space and building giant stations near our planet people could build less harmful plants and factories that would affect the atmosphere everything.

Anyway, it is well-known that rivers and lakes are getting poorer because a lot people live on Earth. Moreover, now matter how little damage do factories and plants because they still do it. It is impossible to make those useful for nature.

In a nutshell, space exploration is a very important and, unfortunately, expensive part of human development that definitely should not be underrated.
