Эссе People believe that we should not keep animals in zoos (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

Not so much time ago animals and people lived side by side but recently everything has changed. Nowadays we dominate those living creatures and keep them in zoos. Some people believe that we should not take them from their natural habitats, but the others argue about it. Let us discuss both points of view.

I am personally in favour of not making animals live in zoos. Firstly, being out of their natural habitats they cannot lead normal life, so their lifespan shortens. Secondly, we should be tolerant towards any living creature. I think nobody would like to live in a jail. Thirdly, animals grow up there aggressive and when people take them back to their habitats, they will remember that we do harm and will try to take revenge on us. Therefore it is a bit dangerous.

There are still some people who think that animals should live in zoos.

They say, animals should be kept there for educational purposes. Moreover, they claim that animals have no intelligence but instincts, so they are dangerous to people.

I cannot concur with their opinion because I still think that it is not the best way to study them. Always there is an alternative. According to scientific research many animals are even smarter than humans. I do think that an animal would not like to attack us if we lived in harmony.

To sum it all up, keeping living creatures in zoos is not worth it. I hope people will understand that, too.
